    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and any necessary instructions.
    • The item must be securely packaged and sent to the address provided by our customer support team.
  3. Return Shipping Costs:
    • Returns within Belgium: We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns within Belgium. Our customer support team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to use for the return.
    • Returns outside Belgium: If you are returning an item from outside Belgium, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance and instructions.
  4. Refunds and Exchanges:
    • Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • Exchanges will be processed based on product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will provide you with alternative options or issue a refund.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
    • We may request photographic evidence or other information to assess the issue.
    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs, depending on product availability and your preference.
  6. Store Credit:
    • In certain cases, instead of a refund, we may offer store credit as a form of compensation.
    • Store credit can be used towards future purchases at MyPrecious.

Please note that this return and exchange policy applies only to purchases made directly from MyPrecious. If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please refer to their respective return policies.
